Isaac Ford Jr. has a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from National University, Masters in social work from the University of Southern California, and Certification in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. His experience comes from lived experiences as a police officer in the deep south 32 years ago, 25 years in the United States Marine Corps (15 years in the Marine Corps Recruiting Command), and experience as the Assistant Director of Military & Diversity Outreach for the USC School of Social Work.
